Each registration requires a unique email address. You will need to use a separate email for each registration.
The hotel options will be available in September.
Please check both your inbox and spam folder for an email titled "Registration Confirmed for TGC27." If you still can't find it, feel free to reach out to us at events@tgc.org for assistance.

Breakouts cover a wide variety of topics in lecture-style presentations, with hundreds (even thousands) of attendees in the room. Networking Rooms aim to create a smaller, more intimate environment where people in similar jobs or church roles can network and discuss their specific ministry callings. These sessions are limited to approximately 150 people.
We are NOT offering a simulcast ticket but will live stream select, limited content on TGC.org. If you’d like access to all the content, we invite you to attend in person in Indianapolis!
Yes! If you have a group of 10+ attendees, please email events@tgc.org to receive a discount code.
Yes, anyone 25 or younger at the time of registration may purchase the Next Gen ticket at the $199 rate.
TGC27 is a conference geared toward adults. We ask that children (excluding infants) not attend. However, we leave it to your discretion to determine whether or not your adolescent child is old enough to attend and enjoy the conference. We will have a Nursing Mother’s Room for mamas to nurse or comfort their babies. Please note that every person attending TGC27 (excluding infants) needs to be registered.
No refunds will be provided. We encourage you to transfer your registration to a friend. See the directions below in the following FAQ.

If you would like to transfer your registration, please email events@tgc.org with the following information, requesting a transfer of your registration:

  • Your first and last name, along with your confirmation number
  • The first and last names, and the email address of the individual to whom you are transferring your registration

The Events Team will transfer the registration and send the new individual their confirmation email to update the remaining information and breakouts.

Please note: Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved. TGC is not responsible for arranging payment for the transferred registration.

Main sessions will be translated into Spanish. Please tick the Spanish Translation accommodations box during the registration process to receive more information as we near the conference.
Yes, there will be reserved seating near a TV screen with speech-to-text accommodations for those who have trouble hearing. Please tick the Speech-to-Text accommodations box during the registration process to receive more information as we near the conference.
Attendees who require mobility aids can rent a scooter from Indy Scooter Rental. Scooters can be delivered to your hotel or the convention center and will cost $190 (plus tax) for a three-day rental. Please call 317-855-3158 to reserve your scooter or visit Indy Scooter Rental to make a reservation.
Yes, we will release an app for this event before the conference. You will be notified by email when the app is available for download.

Auxiliary events are offered during meal times or at the beginning or end of the conference day and are hosted by various organizations. Unlike breakouts, you will not register for auxiliary events during conference registration.
Not all auxiliary events require registration. If an auxiliary event does require registration, it will be indicated in the event’s description.
Please direct all questions about auxiliary events to each respective host organization. A contact email can be found in the event’s description.
We are working with a number of hotels near the Indiana Convention Center to provide special conference pricing for attendees. Check out the travel page to book your reservation.
There are hundreds of restaurants in downtown Indy (near the Indiana Convention Center). Food carts and concessions will also be available within the convention center. You can find more information from Visit Indy and Downtown Indy.

Check out our TGC27 Volunteer page for information and to apply! Volunteer applications are expected to open in mid-September 2026! Applications are reviewed as they're received, and you'll be notified of your application status within 60 days of submitting your application. Volunteer opportunities may be limited based on conference needs, so we encourage you to apply early!
